How Are Out of Stock Items and Back Orders Handled?
Due to high demand or manufacturer delays, certain items may become back ordered or permanently out of stock. If you no longer want to purchase a back ordered product, we are more than happy to cancel the item from your order and refund your payment of the item. All back ordered items will be shipped separately, via USPS, as soon as they are available.
What is the Return Policy?
Returns and exchanges will be processed on any unused products, as well as any products that are damaged during the shipping process. Original receipt will be needed to process the return and customers may email

or call 732-357-6617 with their request for returns and exchanges.
How Do I Return My Product?
Please pack the item in the original package, if possible and include your packing slip with the item. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, name, address, and phone number with the item.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded ground shipping costs if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
What if I received a wrong, damaged, or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery at
(customerservice@RUknightsgear.com). Please have your order number, tracking number, and damaged item available. RUknightsgear.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover ground shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
